A Structured Process.
No Surprises.
Six defined phases, clear deliverables at every stage, and full transparency throughout. Rigorous engineering discipline and domain focus applied to software delivery.
Discovery & Planning
1–2 weeksWe start by understanding your business deeply — not just the feature list. This phase includes stakeholder interviews, process mapping, technical audit of existing systems, and defining the project scope and success criteria.
- Requirements document
- Process flow diagrams
- Technical architecture proposal
- Project timeline and milestones
- Cost breakdown
UI/UX Design
2–4 weeksBased on discovery findings, we create information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity Figma designs. Design is reviewed and approved by stakeholders before development begins — no surprises mid-build.
- Sitemap / information architecture
- Lo-fi wireframes
- High-fidelity Figma designs
- Design system & component library
- Prototype for stakeholder sign-off
Development
6–16 weeks (project-dependent)Agile sprints of 2 weeks each. You receive a demo at the end of every sprint. Backend and frontend are developed in parallel where possible, with continuous integration and automated testing throughout.
- Working software, sprint by sprint
- Sprint demos every 2 weeks
- Code repository with version control
- API documentation
- Weekly progress updates
QA & Testing
1–3 weeksDedicated quality assurance phase covering functional testing, performance testing, security scanning, mobile/browser compatibility, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with your team.
- Test case documentation
- Bug report and resolution log
- Performance benchmarks
- UAT sign-off checklist
- Security scan report
Deployment
1 weekProduction environment setup, CI/CD pipeline configuration, data migration (where applicable), DNS cutover, and a structured go-live checklist. We stay on-call for the first 48 hours post-launch.
- Production deployment
- CI/CD pipeline
- Data migration (if applicable)
- Go-live sign-off
- Handover documentation
- Admin and user training
Maintenance & Support
Ongoing (AMC)After go-live, you can engage an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and a defined quota of enhancement hours each month.
- Defined SLA response times
- Monthly activity reports
- Security & dependency updates
- Minor enhancement budget
- Dedicated support contact
Our Commitments
- No scope creep without a written change order — you always know what you are paying for.
- Design is approved before development starts — no costly rework mid-project.
- You own all deliverables — code, designs, documentation, database.
- No technology lock-in — we use open-source stacks you can maintain independently.
- Transparent progress — weekly updates and sprint demos as standard.
